Cottage Computers

A major re-brand and interactive website refreshed this company’s image to help extend their reach into new markets.

Cottage Computers has been a trusted computer services company in the Leduc area for over 20 years and was looking to expand its presence in Edmonton and surrounding areas. The company had grown significantly since its early beginnings, and was ready to expand into new geographic areas. To do that, it needed an image update that was more contemporary, and a new website that could be easily updated and used to showcase its different products and services.

Our challenge was to keep the trust associated with the Cottage Computers brand while updating the company image to reflect its new aspirations and capabilities. We collaborated with the company to explore ways in which we could make this happen, and finally settled on keeping the company name yet presenting it in a new and visually refreshing way. Once the logo was done, everything else fell into place. We designed the website to feature each of the company’s divisions, providing essential information and details that would be useful to potential clients and site visitors. We also added a handy map and contact form, making it easy for site visitors to find the store, contact the company or register for a course.

Feedback from the client

We were pleased with the process that Zipnet design used to ensure that our new branding efforts truly showcased the best parts of our business. They took the time at each phase to understand our goals and to build the brand around that vision. We have recommended their services to our customers and had great results on those dealings as well. Thank you to the team at Zipnet. "
